Gifts and Talents Career Fund is a non-profit tax exempted organization dedicated to fostering business growth and promoting school-to-career employment opportunities for young people, particularly from black and African communities, ages 10-24.

Our aim is designed to create a bright future with Gifts and Talents Career Fund. We organize impactful programs such as the Craig Hodges Basketball Career Camp and Coaches Clinic and the Ark latex Professional Basketball Qualifier. We also work with other basketball organizations, within theses programs, we are impacting a minimum of 50 youth annually. 

Our mission is to assist young people in transitioning from school to employment and career opportunities through sports, education, business, arts and entertainment. “We meet you where you are in life, then direct you where you want to go in your career.” We offer employment resources and career opportunities in the following industries. Technology and IT, National and International Government Contracts and Employment, Finance, Real Estate, Fashion Design, Culinary, Construction, Arts and Entertainment, Professional Sports, Graphic Design, Media and Motion Picture, Investor, Agriculture, Energy, Music, Film Production, Civic Services and Public Service.
